About The Author

SANGEETA SHARMA, PhD, is Associate Professor, Department of Commerce, Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar College, University of Delhi. She has been a resource person in workshops conducted by the Institute of Life-long Learning and the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Institute. Having a rich academic experience of more than three decades, she has contributed several articles in many reputed research journals.

Dr. Sangeeta Sharma is a life member of Ahmedabad Management Association, All India Management Association, Delhi Management Association and Rural Marketing Association of India engaged in the promotion of business in India. She is also a certified trainer on entrepreneurship by the National Institute for Entrepreneurship and Small Business Development (NIESBUD), Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Government of India
