About The Authors
D.K. Bhattacharya currently heads the Electro-ceramic Group at the Solid State Physics Laboratory, New Delhi. A PhD from the University of Delhi, he has over two decades of experience as a practising semiconductor scientist including a long association with the MEMS Division, Solid State Physics Laboratory, New Delhi. He has several research papers to his credit.
A. Bhaskaranis currently Professor, Department of Applied Physics, Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering, Sriperumbudur. A Ph D from Anna University, Chennai, he has more than two decades of teaching and research experience in the fields of physics, materials science, and environmental science. His area of specialization is environmental science. He has published a number of research articles in various national and international journals.
